What type of content can I expect on Shopform?​

How can I open a brand account?​

Drop us an email at partnerships@shopform.sg and we will help you get started asap.

How long does it usually take to apply for a brand account?​

Generally the process takes less than 1 week as we have a seamless on boarding process. 

Are there any costs for brands to join Shopform?​

None at all!

Registration

How do I create an account?

Simply download the application on either your Apple iOS store or Google Play store by searching for Shopform. After downloading the application you will have the option to sign-up with your mobile number and you are done. Happy shopping!

Do I need to create an account to review and shop on Shopform?

Yes, you will have to create an account with Shopform to review or make any purchases. 

Orders and Payments

How do I place an order?

Before placing an order, we suggest you enter in your credit card details to facilitate a smooth transaction. You can place an order via 2 methods, first you can search via brands and checkout the item(s) or the second method would be to go to the discovery page and browse through what catches your eye and checkout the item by clicking on the image itself.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all forms of credit card payments. We do not accept any debit transactions or cash payments.

What currencies can I use to place an order?

Currently we only ship items within Singapore and all prices are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).

Can I change my payment method after order has been placed?

You are not able to make any changes on your card details after placing a successful order but however on your subsequent orders you are able to change your card that you would like to charge to.

Does Shopform keep my credit card details once the transaction is completed?

Yes we do, this is to help customers like yourself with the ease of purchasing.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Sadly, we do not allow any modifications of orders but however if you decide to cancel any orders you can contact us via enquiry@shopform.sg or WhatsApp us at +65 8951 3942. Please do note that all forms of refund at this point will be given out as Shopform Coins.

How do I check my order status?

You can check your order status in the order tracking tab within the Shopform app.

Sizing and Fit

How do I know what size to order?

There should be a size chart available for each product at the bottom of the product page. In the case where the chart is not available, do contact us at enquiry@shopform.sg or WhatsApp us at +65 8951 3942 for further assistance.

Shipping and Delivery

What shipping options are available?

Your shipment will be fulfilled by the brand and it will differ from brand to brand. Shipping options can be selected on the product page.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

At the moment, we do not offer customisability of your shipping orders.

Can I track the delivery of my order?
  • Once your order has been fulfilled by the brand, you can track your order via a tracking number on your order page. If you are having any difficulties doing so, do send us an email us at enquiry@shopform.sg.
What happens if I’m not at home when my order arrives?

In most cases, the courier will seek to reach you via your mobile number. Otherwise, your courier will inform you on how to receive your order. 

Can I amend/change the delivery details once my order is placed?

At the moment, we are unable to make any amendments and changes to the delivery once the order has been placed.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

You can email us at enquiry@shopform.sg and we will assist you from there.

My order was delivered with only some of my items, what do I do?

Please email us at enquiry@shopform.sg and we will assist you with your situation.

Am I able to opt for self pick-up from the retailer store instead?

Some brands do have a self pick-up option available, and you can look out for it on the product page. 

What is the shipping fee chargeable by Shopform?

As the shipping fee varies from brand, do refer to the product page for more information about the fees chargeable. 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Please email us at enquiry@shopform.sg and we will assist you with your situation.

Returns and Exchanges

What is Shopform’s return policy?

Please do check the link for more information https://www.shopform.sg/terms-of-service/. As the terms for return and exchanges differ from brand to brand, do drop us an email at return@shopform.sg, and we will facilitate your return request accordingly.

Is it possible to exchange my order instead of opting for a refund?

As the terms for return and exchanges differ from brand to brand, do drop us an email at return@shopform.sg, and we will assist with your request accordingly. 

Am I able to get a replacement or an exchange for a defective or faulty item?

As the terms for return and exchanges differ from brand to brand, do drop us an email at return@shopform.sg, and we will facilitate your return request accordingly. 

What should I do if the amount refunded to me is incorrect?

All refunds will be made in terms of Shopform Coins and should you notice that the amount refunded is incorrect, do reach out to us at enquiry@shopform.sg.

I’m having trouble accessing the app, what should I do?
