Community Guidelines

Hello! 👋 Shopform is currently in early beta and we are learning a lot from our community every day. If you have any feedback or suggestions, please send them our way! We’d be so glad to hear how we can better build Shopform for you.

These Community Guidelines are intended to help you understand what it means to be part of the Shopform community!

For a great Shopform experience,

🤝 Be respectful and nice!

Treat others like how you would want to be treated, that’s never a bad idea! If you like someone’s #ootd, give them a quick compliment, it will make their day! Let’s also keep Shopform a safe space for people from all backgrounds, identities and beliefs! Oh and, the use of vulgarities is a no on our platform. Let’s all be nice to one another!

💁‍♀️ Be authentic!

We love it when the Shopform community expresses themselves – and we are sure you’d love it too! However you want to showcase your own fashion styles, through flat lays, or finding an amazing spot to snap your favourite fashion pieces, go ahead and do what you do best! 

When you rate your outfits on Shopform, give them genuine reviews to help the community make better purchase decisions! You love how that cute off shoulder top looks but the material might be a little too sheer? Let the community know your thoughts so that they can take your opinion into consideration! 

It’ll also be cool to upload a profile photo of yourself so that others can put a face to your account on the platform! This would help to build and foster trust and authenticity with fellow community members. 😆

👗 Share content that you have taken, or have the right to share!

You own the content you post on Shopform. Take care not to post anything that you don’t have the right to post, and steer clear of infringing on intellectual property rights!

🗑 No spam for a healthy community!

Help us help you create a spam-free experience by not artificially gathering Likes, Followers or Shares, posting repetitive comments or duplicate content. Avoid repeatedly contacting others for commercial purposes without their consent.

If you see a post that looks like spam, please let us know through the Telegram group or contact us via hello@shopform.sg

😵 Inappropriate content or comments

We’d like to keep Shopform a safe space for everyone to browse and shop from all our favourite digital native brands. Please do not post any content or comments that depict any form of:

  • Nudity/Sexual activity
  • Copyright Infringement
  • Counterfeit
  • Scam
  • Bullying/Harassment
  • Hate Speech
  • Violence
  • False Information
  • Suicide/Self-injury/Eating Disorder

🚨 Reporting of inappropriate content or comments

If you see any content or comments that is inappropriate on Shopform, you can report it to us via the following channels: in-app, Telegram, Whatsapp, or hello@shopform.sg. Our Operations team will review the report immediately and take the necessary steps to rectify the reported content. Once the content is deemed inappropriate, our Operations team will remove the reported content and inform the relevant user(s) within 24 hours.

We want all of you to enjoy your time on Shopform. Connect with fellow fashion lovers, chat all you want about the latest celebrity styles, and what your favourite local blogshop brands are. There’s so much to share with one another!

Legal Note

Last but not least, please keep in mind this quick legal note on our Community Guidelines, violations, and how we may enforce them:

  • You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Shopform users and you agree that we will have no liability or responsibility with respect to those interactions.
  • We understand not all Shopform users will share our views as to what is considered a violation of these Community Guidelines. However, to operate a functional platform, we reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion what constitutes a violation.
  • We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change portions of these Community Guidelines at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last updated.
